Mobile Book Library

The Fresh Team worked with MPS Mobile, a division of Macmillan Publishing to allow the distribution of their huge library of books and downloadable content on Mobile Devices. The Fresh team extended the platform with a custom process for MacMillan which allows them to import content in the EPUB standard format into a manageable format available in the

Users can add books to their library by purchasing on their mobile device. MPS Mobile opted to use Bango for their billing platform to account for the large global audience and maximize the payout per book. The user experience was optimized to account for actually reading a book on any mobile device, including; updated paging and sectioning for organization, in-page images rendered on the fly for each device. Finally there were some unique features, such as a user Library for purchased books, and bookmarks, where a user can manage multiple bookmarks under one account.

Additionally, Global Reader featured a huge content library of Wallpapers, Ringtones, Full-Track Downloads, and Videos - allowing users reading books to explore other related content.
