Go Mobile With Fresh

The Fresh Platform is a combination of related components geared toward marketing, delivering, and reporting on the mobile web. Fresh clients can successfully manage web sites, WAP (mobile) sites, marketing campaigns, customers and more all through a centralized Platform management system. The Fresh Platform has been successfully developed and configured to work with thousands of mobile devices across most carriers. Fresh solutions range from standard storefronts to highly customized, client specific implementations built off the Fresh core on behalf of our clients. Learn more about each main component below:

Management
Brains and brawn

The web based Management component is the life of the Platform. This component gives users full control over all of their other Fresh components, serves as a base for vital statistics, customer tracking and reporting, as well as a communication tool to the Fresh Team for service and support. The Management component provides a key interface to our proprietary Media Processing Server (MPS), a core application which converts (transcodes) most common digital formats such as audio and video into their respective web and mobile ready formats.

Web Services / API
Data in, data out

Clients looking to amend an existing solution will find value in the Web Service and API component. This allows clients to extract managed content from the Platform and use it among their other efforts (e.g. populate a web storefront), giving the ability to efficiently access manage everything in one place.

Mobilize!

The WAP component is at the core of operation on the mobile web. The WAP component is based on a series of proprietary applications in the areas of handset rendering, image processing, delivery, and user sessioning, as well as ongoing development in the area of carrier specific compliance and compatibility.

Marketing & Conversions

The marketing and conversions component provides clients with interactive elements to use in their web and mobile initiatives which can be tracked back all the way from exposure through a visit, to a conversion.

Effective, Simple Reach

Available as a standalone offering, this component gives users the ability to create and deploy text alerts, keyword-response campaigns, polls and more. Fresh clients using other components can track and manage fully integrated SMS campaigns from text message to WAP site visit to conversion.
