The Fresh Platform is built-on rock solid hardware engineered to work efficiently and effectively given the diverse loads and constraints it undergoes as a management, conversion, delivery, marketing, and reporting solution geared toward the mobile industry.
The Fresh Platform operates in a balanced, clustered environment, scalable to accommodate future growth without major interruption. Each core feature; Management, WAP, MPS, Database, and Backup has been compartmentalized to prevent the “bad neighbor effect.” A client importing and processing 1,000 3 minute downloadable videos will not effect the performance of another client’s high traffic WAP Site or Management experience.
Our infrastructure has an added level of redundancy and accounts for contingency with full daily offsite backups, and multiple daily database backups, so even the most devastating unforeseen event would have a minimal impact on your data.
The Fresh Platform is co-located with the 2nd largest US data center, The Planet; a fully redundant, privately held data center in the United States. The Planet has Tier-1 connectivity with 8 premier providers including Level(3), AT&T, Savvis and others. Their support team offers us 24×7x365 monitoring and support with a rock solid SLA in the event of unforeseen and planned hardware updates. In addition to our support team, and The Planet, we also employ a firm offering dedicated server administration, who is available to us around the clock, 7 days per week.
